Available on most smartphones to customers with Anytime Internet Banking and a USA or international mobile number in specific countries.

Make sure you're ready for Mobile Banking What you need to get started
  • Your Anytime Internet Banking login details
  • Your mobile phone number
  • Download the app from the relevant app store - It is available on iOS and Android devices.
To use the mobile app, you need to be set up and remember your Online Banking customer number (which is your date of birth followed by 4 digits).

We will then ask you to confirm your mobile number so we can send you a one time activation code by text messsage.

Once you have this code, follow the simple steps to sign for the CoxCrest Bank App.

Pay Someone New, Pay Your Contacts, Get Cash and managing your standing orders are features designed to save you time and make banking even easier.

Before you use these features we need you to confirm a second one time activation code.

Simply select one of Pay Someone New, Pay Your Contacts, Get Cash or Create Standing Orders and follow the on screen instructions to have an activation code text to you.

This code will go to the mobile number we hold for you on our systems and you only need to do this once.
