Pay your contacts

Pay friends and family quickly and easily. You can pay anyone who has the CoxCrest Bank USA mobile app using just their phone number.

Paying money to another CoxCrest Bank customer is simple. Open your mobile app, select the 'Pay Your Contacts' option, enter their mobile number and the amount you want to pay them. You can also add a personal message, and the payee will receive the money instantly in their account.


Important information

1. Pay Your Contacts lets you send money to anyone with a USA mobile number and has the CoxCrest Bank mobile app. You must have available funds to send from your account (including any overdraft facility).


2. There is a maximum payment of $250 a day, which is seperate from daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits.


3. Pay Your Contacts is available for CoxCrest Bank customers on Android and iPhone devices.

No need for a card reader to pay someone new

Need to pay a friend or tradesman? You can use your app to pay anyone up to $500 with just their account number and sort code. You don’t need a card reader or to have paid them before using Anytime Banking.

To pay someone new, choose your current account then click ‘Payments’. On the next screen, choose ‘Select payee’ then ‘Pay someone new’ and enter their details.  


Once the payment is made you have the option to share a PDF payment confirmation via email, save to your Cloud/Phone or print directly from the app.


Important information


You must have available funds to send from your account (including any overdraft facility). Maximum of 5 payments totalling $500 per working day, which is separate from your daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits.


For security reasons, the first time you use a feature that allows money to leave your account with the mobile app, you will be asked to confirm a second activation code.


Get Cash from a cash machine without your debit card

Get Cash allows you to withdraw money from a cash point without using your bank card. It’s perfect for those times when you need small amounts of cash but don’t have your wallet or purse to hand.

How does it work?

Get Cash allows you to quickly choose an amount of cash that you would like to withdraw from within the app. 


We will then provide you with a secure cash code that will be valid for 3 hours and can be used at any CoxCrest Bank or Easycash cash machine to withdraw your money. You can use this cash code yourself or text it to someone else. 


This service can only be used twice a day and you can only have one cash code at any one time. If the code expires, the funds will re-credit your account within 24 hours.


Important Information:

  • Get Cash allows a maximum withdrawal limit of $130 every 24 hours and this must be within the daily withdrawal limit for your debit card.
  • There is a maximum limit of 2 Get Cash withdrawals per day.
  • You must have at least $10 available funds to withdraw from your account (including any overdraft facility).
  • We must have your correct mobile number in our records.
  • You must have an active debit card for your account.

Get Cash is available on iPhone and Android devices.


You can use Get Cash as soon as you activate your app for the service. You can find out how to do this on our 'getting started' page.

Credit card improvements

We've made some great improvements to our mobile app, helping you to better manage your credit card.

You can now:


1. View an improved summary showing the payments made since your last statement and how much you still need to pay.


2. Improved notifications to let you know if you're approaching your credit limit.
